Joyville Station

Today I was outside on my favorite blanket. I have had to go to the doctor a lot and I have been very angry that I haven't been able to go outside and spend time in the wonderful, warm sun.Today I am finally set free from the walls of my house. I don't want to play video games or go on the computer, I JUST WANT TO BE OUTSIDE!! What a great day today. I am watching the puffy clouds draw pictures. It is like magic if only you take time to look. It is like watching a quiet movie in the sky. There goes a sea monster! There goes an alien! Duck down! The aliens are using water pistols to squirt me!I cover my face with my hands so I don't get wet. I giggle at the big sheep dog as it barks and chases the outer space creatures. Oh, there goes a unicorn. Its horn almost looks like an upside down ice cream cone. Did you see the pepperoni pizza? Look there is a giant hoagie with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. There is the chocolate shake to wash down my hoagie. I just love sitting here and using my imagination, it helps me feel so much better. I know my imaginatiion is something I can use any time day or night. I don't need anyone to take me there and best of all I don't need to ask permission to be with this super friend of mine. I am in total control of out time together. Sometimes we stay up all night together when I have trouble sleeping, it's like having you rbest friend sleep over. I try to be quiet but sometimes my imagination makes me giggle out loud and people may look at me in a funny way. WHO CARES! THAT'S CALLED ATTIDUDE! I watch the sun play peek-a-boo with the clouds, then the clouds move slowly past so each cloud gets a turn turn to play. I want to be a cloud. I want to be so light and puffy. Do you think that clouds are really angels playing dress up like I did when I was younger? If I get to be a cloud you will be able to tell who I am when I draw a special picture for you. You just have to look, I am there - I will always be there ready to use mt imagination and play with you any time you choose. All you need to do is to look up and wave to me. I will be your best friend forever. Remember, I am always there.
